Denali Water Solutions seeks a dependable Foreman to oversee field operations and lead crews on customer projects in Glendale, AZ. This full-time, hourly role coordinates daily activities, ensuring safe, efficient work and serving as the primary contact between the company, customers, and field staff.

You will travel to various sites, including restaurants and hotels, manage schedules, prepare bids, verify equipment readiness, and mentor team members.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or foreman experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience scheduling crews and coordinating multiple projects.
• Ability to prepare job estimates or assist with project bidding.
• Mechanical aptitude with equipment readiness.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Independent work capability with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and basic computer applications.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews on assigned projects from start to completion.
• Drive to customer locations to oversee operations and maintain relationships.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding timelines and completion.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work assignments and crew activities.
• Prepare and assist with project bids and estimates.
• Ensure equipment, vehicles, and tools are operational for each project.
• Monitor progress to ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule completion.
• Address routine employee concerns and customer issues promptly.
