Qualifications

• Supervisory or foreman experience in construction, industrial or environmental services preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience scheduling crews and coordinating multiple projects.
• Ability to prepare job estimates or assist with bidding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews on assigned projects from start to finish.
• Travel to customer locations to oversee operations and maintain relationships.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding timelines and expectations.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work assignments and crew activities.
• Prepare and assist with project bids and estimates.
• Ensure equipment, vehicles, and tools are ready for each project.
• Monitor progress to ensure safety, efficiency and timeline adherence.
• Resolve routine employee concerns and customer service issues promptly.
• Conduct job site inspections to ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate job documentation for labor, equipment, and completion reports.
• Coordinate with management on status, staffing and operational challenges.
• Train and mentor field staff to promote safe, productive work environments.
