Full-time / Hourly Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Foreman to oversee field operations and lead crews on a variety of customer projects. This position is responsible for coordinating daily job activities, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently, and serving as the primary point of contact between the company, customers, and field employees. The Foreman will travel to customer locations, including restaurants, hotels, commercial facilities, and other job sites, to oversee project execution and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity. Work schedules will vary based on customer needs and project demands. Most work is performed during daytime hours, with occasional evening or overnight shifts required.
This position is ideal for a motivated leader who enjoys working in the field, managing teams, building customer relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.
Frequent travel to customer locations throughout the service area. Work performed both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Projects may take place at restaurants, hotels, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and other commercial locations. Typical schedule consists primarily of daytime hours, with occasional evening, overnight, weekend, or emergency response work as business needs require. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.

Compensation details: 30-32 Hourly Wage
