Job summary

Endurance Lift Solutions in Midland, TX is seeking a motivated Operations Support Associate to assist ESP shop functions under general supervision. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Testing Administrator to improve paperwork submission times.
• Coordinate with the DIFA team to improve accuracy of failure analysis and testing reports.
• Build and distribute outbound equipment status reports to the Sales team.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Under general supervision, provides support to multiple functions of ESP shop operations

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Be able to maintain a consistent work schedule Monday-Friday.
• Be available to work a weekend on call schedule when needed.
• Provide logistical and administrative support to the Order Fulfillment team.
• Provide support to Order Fulfillment by coordinating with 3rd party tool suppliers.
• Provide support to the Inventory team for equipment movement and tracking.
• Responsible for locating and accurately verifying varied components of ESP systems that have been allocated to quotes.
• Coordinate with the Testing Administrator to reduce response time for paperwork submission.
• Coordinate with the DIFA team to increase accuracy of failure analysis and testing reports.
• Provide support to the Testing Administrator by building and distributing outbound equipment status reports to the Sales team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One year of ESP experience is preferred.
