ChampionX, now part of SLB, is seeking a Field Operations Dispatcher in Odessa, TX to coordinate daily routes for the frac team, track inventory, and ensure on-time deliveries.

You will prioritize issues, manage emergencies, and collaborate with sales and leadership, with a focus on safety and reliable service in a dynamic energy operations environment. This on-site role requires 40 hours per week and offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Secondary diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic math and proficient computer skills (email, Microsoft Office).
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, courteous interaction with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers, clients, and customers.
• Adheres to safety policies; promote safe behavior.
• Ability to work >40 hours per week when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily routes for operation frac team based on inventory levels.
• Update the frac board with daily inventory levels.
• Prioritize and resolve issues encountered by Specialists during daily routes.
• Coordinate emergency and short lead time requests and adjust routes accordingly.
• Communicate issues to sales counterparts when customer requirements can’t be met.
• Adapt to changing customer priorities and fast-paced environments.
• Maintain accurate records of proofs of deliveries and bills of landing.
• Identify obstacles to delivery routes and escalate to leadership.
• Collaborate to improve dispatch processes and systems.
• Act decisively during emergencies and coordinate dispatch of specialists.
