Job summary

AES Completions Services, a division of AES Drilling Fluids, is hiring an Operations Support Coordinator in Midland, Texas. This hands-on role supports field operations, yard logistics, and daily dispatch activities to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of operations, warehouse, or logistics experience in oil & gas, and a valid forklift certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic inventory software is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operations, warehouse, or logistics experience in oil & gas, chemical, or industrial settings.
• Forklift operation and certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch trucks to job sites and coordinate with drivers and field personnel.
• Load/unload trucks with a forklift and manage warehouse/yard organization.
• Track inventory, process shipments, and maintain documentation for transactions.
• Support job prep, post-job reconciliation, and safety procedures.
