Job summary

Bloomingdale's is seeking a Director, Field Operations Food Services to lead Food & Beverage operations in NYC Trade Area. The role focuses on strategy execution, unit leadership development, customer experience and brand standards across units.

You will oversee menu development, training, and safety compliance while partnering with the Senior Director Restaurants to drive efficiency and profitability. Strong P&L acumen and a track record of multi-unit restaurant leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college
• 5+ years direct restaurant operations experience
• Multi-unit management across a full-service operation
• Safe food handling certification is required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of P&L, food costs and payroll budgets

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of unit managers within NYC Trade Area
• Oversee operations, staffing, safety and company policies
• Support talent development and succession planning processes
• Monitor P&L and KPIs and drive performance improvements
• Collaborate with stores to integrate restaurant division with customer experience
• Develop menus with Senior Director Restaurants to drive profitability
• Ensure workplace safety, sanitation and equipment standards
