Job summary

IEM is seeking a Field Service Site Operations Representative to support the successful execution of field operations by coordinating site activities, maintaining readiness, and tracking progress against project needs. You will help ensure labor, materials, documentation, and resources align to deliver safe, efficient, and timely service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience supporting on-site operations in construction, field service, commissioning, or related environment.
• Experience coordinating labor, schedules, and site activities in active jobsite environments is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site operations to promote efficient execution of commissioning, startup, and related field service activities.
• Review schedules, timelines, and site requirements to align labor, materials, tools, and resources with operational demands.
• Monitor milestones and deliverables to keep projects on schedule and ensure timely completion.
• Identify and elevate potential delays, staffing gaps, material shortages, or documentation issues that could impact execution.
• Track site progress, punch lists, action items, and closeout needs, coordinating follow-up as needed.
• Ensure jobsite documentation and reports are completed accurately and stored properly.
• Assist with movement and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment between sites as needed.
• Participate in project meetings and document updates, actions, and follow-up needs.
• Maintain regular communication with Field Service leadership regarding site conditions and resource needs.
• Support technician deployment decisions and reallocate labor where appropriate based on project demands.
• Provide administrative support for scheduling, documentation tracking, and overall project execution.
• Assist with commissioning-related activities to support project completion and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professional, customer-focused presence at jobsites and ensure safety compliance.
