• Willingness to travel within the subregion.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain staffing schedules across the subregion's houses.
• Fill shifts for call-outs, no-shows, and emergencies.
• Maintain a bench of relief staff and track availability.
• Coordinate with vendors on deliveries and invoicing questions.
• Manage onboarding logistics for new houses and setups.
• Represent the operations team to partners with professionalism.
• Conduct regular site visits to check in with chefs and observe operations.
• Identify issues early and propose context-backed solutions.
• Escalate issues with context and proposed solutions.
• Support chefs in the field and problem-solve on site.
• Be the day-to-day logistics contact for on-site partners.
