Job summary

Surveying And Mapping, LLC is seeking a Field Coordinator in Murray, UT to organize field methods, scheduling, and equipment allocation for multiple crews. You will work closely with Project Managers to determine crew needs and produce daily and weekly schedules, ensuring timely project execution across field sites.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years supervising field crews.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and out of town.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Organize field methods, scheduling and equipment allocation for multiple field supervisors and crews.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to determine field crew needs and create daily/weekly schedules.
• Review timesheets for billing accuracy and approve via accounting software.
• Handle fielding calls from crews and public inquiries, directing actions as needed.
• Coordinate fleet vehicles and transfer between offices as required.
• Ensure hardware and firmware are updated and provide training on equipment usage.
• Oversee field supplies vendors and monitor field crew performance and productivity.
• Assist Field Operations Manager with policy documents and requested reports.
