Job summary

Intex Electrical Contractors, Inc. in Forney, TX seeks a Field Operations Coordinator to support manpower and document control for field projects and operations. This role coordinates temporary staff, tracks hours, and ensures accurate project documentation.

Key duties include payroll verification, weekly spreadsheets, and maintaining up-to-date drawings with Bluebeam, Rivet, and Google Drive. Strong Excel skills and reliable transportation are required.

• Intermediate MS Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables.

• Ability to maintain accuracy and thoroughness.
• Present information clearly to customers and staff.
• HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Manage temporary employees: add to Exaktime, verify timesheets, prepare weekly invoices, update pay rates.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies.
• Update weekly spreadsheets and email to managers via Rivet software.
• Enter approved PTO in Exaktime for temporaries.
• Notify managers about hires/terminations and site geography in Rivet.
• Provide weekly Rivet reports/charts as requested.
• Assist in preparing documents for Superintendent/Foreman training and meetings.
• Keep job documents organized and drawing sets up to date on server.
• Fluent in Bluebeam; use Studio/Google Drive to set up jobs and ensure latest drawings.
• Assist in compiling as-built drawings at project close.
• Assist with panel schedules and engraved equipment labels on each project.
• Ensure documents align with customer portals (drawings, RFI’s, ASIs, PRs).
• Print and bind submittals for field; print drawings as needed.
