Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicating with the dispatcher and operations/branch manager.
• Relaying the customer’s requests to the field and laboratory employees.
• Ensuring necessary updates and final communications are distributed.
• Preparing and distributing reports including final wires and invoices.
• Informing the Operations Manager/Supervisor of potential problems.
• Meeting with customers and representing the company at industry functions.
• Assisting with ensuring adherence to company policy.
