Job summary

CarData, Inc. is seeking a dependable Field Operations Assistant to cover dealership routes, photograph inventory, and install window labels across assigned markets. The role supports the Local Market Manager and provides training and quality control to ensure high service levels.

The position can be flex or full-time with paid training, growth opportunities, and benefits such as healthcare and a 401(k) plan. Starting pay is $17.00/hour with the potential for increased hours as markets expand.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable with excellent attendance.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Familiarity with smartphones and mobile apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cover dealership routes when teammates are unavailable.
• Photograph dealership inventory.
• Install vehicle window labels and print window stickers.
• Assist with new dealership launches.
• Help train new field team members.
• Perform quality control visits.
• Assist with increased workload during busy periods.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to dealership staff.
• Help keep local market operations running smoothly.
