CarData, Inc. is seeking a dependable Field Operations Assistant to cover dealership routes, photograph inventory, and install window labels across assigned markets. The role supports the Local Market Manager and provides training and quality control to ensure high service levels.

The position can be flex or full-time with paid training, growth opportunities, and benefits such as healthcare and a 401(k) plan. Starting pay is $17.00/hour with the potential for increased hours as markets expand.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable with excellent attendance.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Familiarity with smartphones and mobile apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cover dealership routes when teammates are unavailable.

Field Operations Assistant (Flex Schedule Available)

Starting Pay: $17.00/hour (All Gas is Paid For)

Location: Local travel throughout assigned market

CarData provides professional inventory photography, window labels, window stickers, videos, and merchandising services to franchise automobile dealerships throughout the United States.

We're looking for a dependable, energetic Field Operations Assistant to support our Local Market Manager and help ensure our dealership clients receive exceptional service every day.

No two days are the same. One day you may be covering a dealership route, the next you may be helping train a new employee, launching a new dealership, or assisting with quality control.

This position can be Flex or Full-Time, for the right person has the opportunity to grow into a salaried Full-Time position as the market grows.
