Job summary

CarData, Inc. is seeking a dependable Field Operations Assistant to support the Local Market Manager across assigned markets. The role includes photographing inventory, installing window labels, and assisting with launches and training while covering routes and maintaining quality control.

Flex or full-time opportunities exist as the market grows. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with gas paid and benefits; flexible part-time schedules are available for the right candidate, and advancement

Responsibilities

• Cover dealership routes when teammates are unavailable.

CarData provides professional inventory photography, window labels, window stickers, videos, and merchandising services to franchise automobile dealerships throughout the United States.

We're looking for a dependable, energetic Field Operations Assistant to support our Local Market Manager and help ensure our dealership clients receive exceptional service every day.

No two days are the same. One day you may be covering a dealership route, the next you may be helping train a new employee, launching a new dealership, or assisting with quality control.

This position can be Flex or Full-Time, for the right person has the opportunity to grow into a salaried Full-Time position as the market grows.

What You'll Do

• Cover dealership routes when team members call out or are unavailable
• Photograph dealership inventory
• Install vehicle window labels and print window stickers
• Assist with new dealership launches
• Help train new field team members
• Perform quality control visits
• Assist with increased workload during busy periods
• Deliver outstanding customer service to dealership staff
• Help keep our local market operating smoothly

What We're Looking For

Photography experience is a plus but is not required. We provide paid training.
