• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and OSHA standards.
• Experience leading crews and managing daily field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and direct self‑perform crews.
• Coordinate work involving piping, equipment setting, and concrete placement.
• Maintain short‑term schedules and drive daily production goals.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly to avoid delays.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to keep work aligned.
• Track manpower, materials, and jobsite progress.
• Maintain daily reports and jobsite documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous work with a Self-Perform General Contractor
• Experience with water or wastewater treatment plant construction
• Background in self-perform work, including:
• Process piping
• Setting mechanical equipment
• Concrete work
• Experience working on complex mechanical or infrastructure projects
