Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support the Superintendent in managing daily field operations.
  • Help coordinate work involving earthwork, piping, process equipment setting, and concrete placement.
  • Assist with maintaining short-term schedules and daily production goals.
  • Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with plans and specifications.
  • Help identify and communicate field issues to avoid delays.
  • Track manpower, materials, and jobsite progress.
  • Assist with daily reports and jobsite documentation.
  • Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and project teams.

About the Role

We are adding an Assistant Superintendent to support day-to-day field operations with a focus on self-perform work. This role works closely with the Superintendent to help manage crews performing process piping, setting equipment, and placing concrete. You will help keep work moving safely, on schedule, and in line with project plans while learning how to lead field operations.

Minimum Qualifications
