Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Operations professional to support construction, commissioning, and startup activities in energy facilities. You will represent Operations on site, drive field readiness, and coordinate turnover with commissioning teams to ensure safe, reliable startup.

You will conduct inspections, oversee mechanical completion, punch list activities, and asset preservation, while prioritizing operability, reliability, and maintainability for a successful project startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Commissioning, Startup, Maintenance, or Construction in LNG, petrochemical, or refining environments.
• Knowledge of mechanical completion, system turnover, and commissioning processes.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and field leadership skills.
• Technical degree or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent Operations during construction, commissioning, and startup phases.
• Conduct field inspections to verify equipment and systems are installed, tested, and ready for turnover.
• Support mechanical completion, punch list management, and turnover activities.
• Ensure asset preservation requirements are properly implemented and documented.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting startup, operability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in system walkdowns, turnover inspections, and readiness reviews.
• Promote safe work practices and operational excellence across the project.
