Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in civil engineering, construction management or related
• Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed for national projects
• Ability to access all points of a construction site in varied environments
• Committed to safety, ethics and high quality work

Responsibilities

• Assist in interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews and craft supervision
• Perform quantity calculations by taking measurements and determining percentage of completed work
• Assist in preparing work plans and work packages
• Assist in field surveying and layout support including elevations and control points
• Assist in compiling daily labor timesheets and JHA preparation
• Support heavy civil, transportation and water project operations onsite
• Participate in safety reviews, toolbox meetings and safety trainings
• Order and schedule material deliveries and plan work groups
• Provide field support and supervise subcontractor operations
• Enter data into cost systems and assist in cost reporting
• Assist in change orders and as-built data for review by Project Manager
