  • Provides leadership and oversight to hydrologic technicians by establishing work priorities and evaluating performance.
  • Plans, coordinates, and oversees hydrologic monitoring programs and data-collection networks.
  • Ensures data collection and dissemination meet technical standards and safety procedures.
  • Represents the USGS and Water Science Center in interactions with Federal, State, Tribal, and local partners.
  • Communicates technical information and guides staff to resolve operational issues.
