Job summary

ECORP Consulting, Inc. in Redlands, CA, seeks a full-time Associate Archaeologist to join our Southern California cultural resources team. The role supports both field and office work on a variety of projects across the region.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Anthropology or Archaeology, with at least 2 years of experience and strong knowledge of CRM in California. Regular field travel and outdoor conditions are expected, along with collaboration within a smaller office environment.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Master’s degree in Anthropology/Archaeology or a closely related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience; 5 years CRM experience in California is highly desired.
• Ability to conduct fieldwork and construction monitoring, including travel and outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pedestrian surveys and site documentation
• Prepare maps, records, and technical reports
• Perform construction monitoring and archaeological excavations
• Conduct archival and background research as needed
