Abbott in Reading, PA is seeking a per-diem Nurse Trainer to provide Face-2-Face training to home-testing customers on PT/INR devices. You will remotely set up appointments and travel to customer homes within your geographic area.

The role requires current RN with clinical experience; direct exposure to anticoagulation/homecare is preferred, with health-education training a plus. Travel up to 100 miles roundtrip and secure PHI communications.

Qualifications

• The Trainer must have clinical experience and RN credentials.
• Direct experience with anticoagulation management or homecare is preferred.
• Health education training is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Remotely set up training appointments with customers/caregivers.
• Travel to customers' homes within the trainer's geographic area.
• Demonstrate and instruct proper use of PT/INR equipment.
• Explain test reporting options to customers.
• Maintain professional communication and submit records electronically.
• Protect PHI and use encrypted email for customer data.
• Have reliable transportation and printer access.
