Qualifications

• Active RN license in OH and in good standing.
• Experience in workers' compensation case management desirable.
• Willingness to learn catastrophic cases; CCM/CRRN/CDMS preferred within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical case management for work-related injuries: assess, plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate.
• Travel locally to patient appointments in Dayton, OH and surrounding areas (80% travel).
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, medical providers, attorneys, employers, and employees; report progress.
