You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate cases while collaborating with insurance carriers, care providers, attorneys, employers, and employees. The position emphasizes autonomous work with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
• Experience in workers' compensation case management preferred.
• Certifications CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC strongly preferred; must obtain within two years.
• Skills: organization and timeline adherence, PC/tech skills, strong communication.
• Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Skilled at patient education.
• Valid driver's license and good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Medical case management of workers' compensation cases.
