Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IT infrastructure/system administration experience.
• Hands-on Cisco/Meraki experience MX75, 250, up to Gigabit or Catalyst.
• Strong Microsoft Hyper-V experience, including clustering, live migration, and replication.
• Hands-on AWS experience with EC2, RDS, S3, and VPC.
• Windows Server and Linux administration experience.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and VPNs.
• Microsoft 365 experience with Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and Intune.
• Backup/disaster recovery and security experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to own projects from design through implementation.
• Ability to lift/install network equipment and perform cabling/low-voltage work.

Job Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Field Networks Engineer to join our team in Houston. Field Networks Engineer to support a wide area along the Gulf Coast 25% percent travel . Salary

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $59.90 - $64.90 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
