Responsibilities

• Respond to ServiceNow work requests for network and telephone activations, moves, adds, changes and incidents, ensuring timely completion.
• Test, repair, and restore copper and fiber cabling infrastructure using standard tools.
• Install, configure, label, and document network hardware and environmental equipment.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering on infrastructure projects and upgrades.
• Assist with office relocations by provisioning and testing network connections.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and labeling per standards.
• Provide professional customer service throughout support interactions.
• Follow safety practices and cabling standards during installations and maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
