Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field required.
• 2–5 years of experience in 3G/4G/5G/LTE preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within Washington state.
• Must be comfortable with 80% field work (driving and in-vehicle testing).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute LTE/5G field tests and SIM OTA activation testing.
• Capture, post-process, and analyze UE logs using industry tools.
• Evaluate UE performance against QA and carrier requirements.
• Communicate test progress and findings to engineering teams.
