Ctrl+ seeks an experienced networking engineer to support mission networks in the Columbia/Annapolis Junction area. You will configure and test networking equipment, sustain firewalls and encryption systems, and assist deployments in person or remotely.

The role requires 8 years of relevant experience, a CS degree, Cisco/Arista expertise, and the ability to travel overseas. On-call support and adherence to security policies are essential.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience in networking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Cisco and Arista configuration and sustainment.
• Customer network compliance and system security plans.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test networking equipment before fielding.
• Support deployments in person or remotely.
• Sustain operational networks, firewalls and encryption equipment.
• Work through Jira tickets and lab upgrades.
• Maintain security compliance.
• Provide on-call support and travel as needed.
