Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform. We’re looking for an Infrastructure Delivery Installation Technician to join our growing team within infrastructure operations in Virginia.

You will install and move large enterprise equipment, install fiber and copper cabling, and patch cables while following established safety standards and procedures. This role requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, work in a 24/7 environment, and travel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in technical/vocational roles such as hardware repair, cabling, data center operations or network deployment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Moving and installing large enterprise equipment.
• Installing Fiber and Copper cabling and patching between equipment.
• Ensuring safety and security standards are maintained during cabling and rack installation.
• Following established hardware installation procedures and break-fix activities.
• Safely using material handling tools and equipment.
