Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform testing at client sites, with a focus on safety, data accuracy, and quality. The role requires multiple NDT method certifications and field experience, including radiographic operations.

The position is based out of the Reno/Sparks NV area, with local candidates or relocation; travel and per-diem are provided. Strong safety culture and career growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM procedures and client specs.
• Interpret, evaluate, and document test results.
• Supervise NDT Assistants in field operations.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely.
• Coordinate with project managers/clients on scope and results.
• Maintain timely reports, time sheets, and safety records.
