Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform non-destructive testing at client sites. The ideal candidate will hold multiple NDT certifications and maintain high data accuracy while prioritizing safety and quality.

Responsibilities include interpreting results, supervising assistants, calibrating equipment, and coordinating with project managers. Candidates should be able to travel, work extended hours, and comply with safety protocols in refinery or plant environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Ability to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to convey results.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours in field environments.
• Safety-first mindset with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform NDT/NDI using certified methods per TEAM and client specs.
• Interpret, evaluate, and document test results accurately.
• Supervise NDT Assistants and field staff.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on scope and results.
• Maintain detailed records and reports.
• Ensure radiation safety practices where applicable, using dosimetry and barricades.
• Adhere to Life Critical Expectations and safety protocols.
