Oakland Community Health Network seeks a Mobile Crisis Clinician to work under the Mobile Crisis Supervisor, delivering crisis services in the community and in individuals' homes. The role involves immediate, trauma-informed interventions and post-stabilization planning.

You will work 3, 12-hour shifts per week and collaborate with hospitals, law enforcement, shelters, and other providers to ensure continuity of care while documenting assessments and maintaining compliance with MDHHS and

Formación

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling.
• Must be licensed as an LLMSW, LMSW, LP, LLP, LLPC or LPC by the State of Michigan and maintain licensure.
• Two years of professional crisis experience (hospital, crisis center, child welfare, etc.)

Responsabilidades

• Conduct timely, comprehensive mobile assessments evaluating psychiatric, emotional, and environmental risk factors.
• Provide immediate, trauma-informed, solution-focused interventions to adults, children, and families in crisis.
• Create crisis stabilization and safety plans that are person-centered and collaborative.
