Job summary

ELM Utility Services is seeking a motivated Meter Maintenance Technician to join the team in Orem, Utah. You will travel to assigned job sites along established routes to inspect meter sets, remove corrosion, and repaint equipment as needed. Starting wages for this position will be $23.00 per hour.

This role offers a company vehicle for daily use, optional benefits, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) plan. You will manage your daily route, work independently, and demonstrate dependability and attention

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• On-call weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect meter sets and perform maintenance, including corrosion removal and repainting.
• Complete assigned routes and service requests each day.
• Work independently using company vehicle as a mobile office.
• Manage time to stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Travel to assigned job sites along established routes.
