Job summary
ELM Utility Services is seeking a motivated Meter Maintenance Technician to join our West Jordan, Utah area team. Travel to assigned job sites along established routes to inspect meter sets, remove corrosion, and repaint equipment, with the freedom to manage your daily route within guidelines.
Starting pay is $23.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and company vehicle provided. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Availability for weekend on-call duties.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
- Must be able to work on-call rotation and overtime, including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Inspect meter sets and perform maintenance including corrosion removal and repainting.
- Complete assigned routes and service requests daily.
- Travel to job sites with company vehicle to stay on schedule.
- Manage time to meet quality standards and adapt to conditions.
