Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Merchandising Team Lead to manage on-site crews during resets, remodels, and new store executions. You will ensure projects stay on time and within budget, promoting teamwork across store operations and construction.

Minimum two years in retail merchandising with leadership, strong communication, and planogram knowledge are required. Willingness to travel up to 50% and to work nights or weekends as needed is essential. OSHA safety adherence is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising and leadership experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of planograms and floorplans.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to travel 50% and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Channel Partners with retail partners and customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Report project updates to Project Manager or District Manager.
• Identify opportunities and create action plans with PM/DM.
• Ensure project reporting and scheduling are on time.
• Create a positive, engaging team environment.
• Coach and train team members as needed.
• Maintain safety standards per OSHA guidelines.
