BP is seeking an experienced Lead Field Merchandiser to serve as the on-site leader of the Field Merchandising team. The role oversees store resets, reflows, cooler resets and merchandising projects across TA locations, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to approved plans.

The position requires coordinating with store management and leadership to complete projects efficiently, while maintaining planogram accuracy and merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a strong on-site leader with the ability to manage field teams.
• Proficient in following store layouts, planograms, and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Merchandising team on site and manage daily work plan.
• Ensure safety policies and PPE usage are followed by all team members.
• Review project scope, layouts, and timelines before starting work.
• Assign tasks and coordinate team movements to maximize productivity.
• Monitor progress and adjust assignments to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate fixture movement, product staging, and planogram execution.
• Perform quality checks and ensure completion to approved standards.
