Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to manage start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly in a store setting. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service.

The role requires reliability, adaptability, and the ability to work 4–10 hour shifts, with opportunities to assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
