Job summary

Oishii is seeking a District Sales Associate to join our Commercial Team in Natick, MA. The role involves in-store field work, maintaining premium merchandising, and building relationships with retail partners, with 25–28 hours per week and occasional weekend activations.

You will collaborate with a Regional Sales Manager, capture field insights, and help shape sales and marketing strategies while ensuring shelves stay stocked and well-presented.

Qualifications

• Prior brand ambassador, merchandising, or customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for store partnerships.
• Ability to work independently and in a field-based role with travel within the district.

Responsibilities

• 90% field time in-store within the district.
• 10% administrative tasks including inventory oversight and reporting insights.
• Maintain in-store merchandising standards and weekly store visits.
• Complete reports after each store visit using GoSpotCheck and coordinate with RSM.
