Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate in the United States to support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory. You will ensure brand standards, execute displays, and maintain strong store relations while traveling as needed.

Key requirements include 1–3 years in retail, HS diploma or GED (college degree preferred), and ability to lift up to 25 lbs. A company vehicle and gas card are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; ability to travel.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence across the territory.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams and reinforce Mondelēz standards.
• Execute daily coverage with merchandising and order-writing excellence; capture photos and document execution.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and maintain brand visibility.
• Follow schedules to ensure efficient territory coverage; support seasonal transitions.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop leadership skills for future roles.
• Stay Safe and compliant, including lifting and driving according to policies.
