Job summary

A&B Distributors seeks a Merchandiser to stock and display products, manage pricing, and execute planograms for QuikTrip accounts. This full-time position involves daily local travel between stores and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will build displays, rotate stock, and collaborate with Account Managers to meet sales goals while upholding brand standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Prior merchandising or retail experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual merchandising standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays, ensuring shelves, coolers, and floor placements are fully stocked and visually appealing.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness and manage inventory levels according to company standards.
• Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled.
• Execute planograms, promotional materials, and seasonal display programs.
• Partner with Account Managers to support sales goals and promotional activities.
• Develop strong working relationships with store personnel to ensure premium in-store execution and timely resolution of any issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance in all accounts.
• Communicate inventory and merchandising needs to the appropriate team members.
• Safely operate company vehicle in accordance with company policy.
• Represent the company and its brands with professionalism, pride, and a focus on customer service.
• Early morning start times, weekends and holidays may be required depending on account needs.
• This is a full-time position with daily local travel between accounts.
