Job summary

A&B Distributors is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure products are well-displayed, stocked, and accurately priced across store accounts. You'll implement planograms, support promotional efforts, and build strong relationships with store personnel while traveling locally.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliable teamwork, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time position with travel between accounts and potential for advancement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Prior merchandising or retail experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual merchandising standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays, ensuring shelves and displays are stocked and visually appealing.
• Rotate products to maintain freshness and manage inventory.
• Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled.
• Execute planograms and promotional materials.
• Support sales goals and promotional activities with Account Managers.
• Develop relationships with store personnel for strong in-store execution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance in all accounts.
• Communicate inventory and merchandising needs to the team.
• Safely operate company vehicle per policy.
• Represent the company with professionalism and customer service orientation.
• Early mornings, weekends, and holidays may be required depending on account needs.
• This is a full-time position with daily local travel between accounts.
