Job summary

McClatchy Media is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple stores in Seymour, IN. The role requires frequent travel within the territory and reports to the Supervisor of Merchandising. On-site work with the expectation of 100% travel coverage in the territory.

Compensation includes a competitive wage with travel time paid, plus potential retention/referral bonuses after 3 months. Prior merchandising experience and strong communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

• General merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and stay detail-oriented.
• Reliable transportation for travel.

Responsibilities

• Work within a retail environment to merchandise products and replenish stock.
• Service assigned stores on schedule; obtain supervisor approval for overtime.
• Record work hours and company information using designated applications.
• Discuss additional duties with supervisor before performing them.
• Other duties as assigned.
