Job summary

TruX Retail Partner seeks a Home Store Representative to execute planogram updates, category resets, and merchandising standards across store locations. You will work independently in the field, maintain relationships with store management, and complete required reporting and photo documentation using company systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, merchandising, category resets, or store operations preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, interpret planograms, and execute merchandising tasks accurately.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with store management and the Home Store Supervisor.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet established deadlines.
• Basic proficiency with mobile devices, digital reporting tools, and photo documentation.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between assigned store locations as required.
• Flexibility to work early mornings or variable hours based on reset schedules and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute planogram updates, category resets, and merchandising projects in assigned stores according to established standards, instructions, and timelines.
• Review planograms and schematics to ensure accurate product placement, shelf tags, signage, and merchandising presentation.
• Coordinate with store management regarding scheduling, execution requirements, and store-level expectations.
• Complete required reporting, progress updates, issue tracking, and photo documentation using company systems and technology.
• Communicate progress, discrepancies, challenges, and store needs to the Home Store Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while handling products, fixtures, and merchandising materials appropriately.
• Follow company policies, retailer requirements, and applicable safety procedures while maintaining professional conduct and accountability.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing development, applying feedback and established processes to improve execution quality and efficiency.
