TruX Retail Partner is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to execute planogram updates, category resets, and merchandising standards across assigned store locations. This role focuses on accurate, safe, and timely execution while adhering to retailer requirements and company standards.

The position involves field-based work across multiple store locations, requiring travel and early/variable hours as needed to support reset schedules and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising resets, planogram updates, shelf changes, and product placement according to standards.
• Review planograms and signage to ensure correct presentation for clients and retailers.
• Collaborate with Team Captains to complete merchandising activities and resolve issues.
• Complete time records, photos, checklists, and reports using company systems.
• Communicate progress, discrepancies, and barriers to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and uphold company policies while representing TruX.
