Job summary

TruX Retail Partner is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to implement planograms, conduct category resets, and maintain merchandising standards across assigned stores. This role requires travel between locations, accurate execution, and adherence to retailer requirements.

You will collaborate with Team Captains, document updates using mobile tools, and help ensure on-shelf presentation aligns with company and client expectations. Early mornings and variable hours are common.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, merchandising, category resets, or store operations preferred.
• Ability to follow planograms and execute merchandising tasks accurately.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with mobile devices and digital reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising resets, planogram updates, shelf changes, product placement, displays, and category maintenance.
• Review planograms to verify product placement, signage, and presentation meet requirements.
• Collaborate with Team Captains to execute activities and resolve challenges with minimal disruption.
• Complete time records, photo documentation, checklists, and project reports accurately and on time.
