Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a Field Merchandiser to independently manage in-store product placement, inventory, and seasonal resets across retail locations. You will coordinate with local store teams to optimize displays and represent the Hallmark brand on the floor.

The role offers a part-time schedule with an 8–12 hour week average, paid training, and eligibility for voluntary benefits. Physical requirements include lifting up to 30 lbs frequently, with heavier lifts occasionally.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Proficient with a digital handheld device for opening and reading documents and interpreting information.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory; communicate with supervisors; own the Hallmark display at assigned stores.
• Holiday support: work additional days/hours during peak seasons, including weekends or holidays.
• Department resets: assist installations, fixture building, and card department realignments with advance notice.
• Team collaboration: support other merchandisers within the Hallmark field organization.
