Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a Field Merchandiser to work independently and partner with local store teams to optimize product placement and inventory across assigned stores.

This part-time role offers flexible weekly hours (approximately 5–8 hours), paid training, and voluntary benefits. You will support seasonal changes and installations, ensuring attractive Hallmark displays and strong retailer relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• English reading/writing proficiency required
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device
• Have access to Wi‑Fi and internet
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned stores

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a handheld device
• Support seasonal resets and installations, including building and relocating fixtures as needed
• Engage with store staff professionally to ensure optimal product displays and customer experience
• Collaborate with other merchandisers to cover territories and share insights
