Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to execute in-store merchandising for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are always in stock while engaging store teams and shoppers with professional in-store representation.

The role requires driving to various store locations, managing schedules, and supporting seasonal launches with a focus on visibility and retail execution.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance to various store locations
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and move products
• Live within 25-35 miles of Fort Walton, FL; Navarre, FL also served
• Schedule Sunday-Thursday availability

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store professionally as the face of its brands
• Deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers
• Perform daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution
• Order product via iPad for in-stock shelves and displays using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plans are followed
• Adhere to daily schedules for efficient coverage with the retail team
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events
• Provide store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management
• Maintain safety and comply with physical nature of the role including lifting
