Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a hands-on field professional to travel between store locations in our Northwest territory, executing plan-o-grams, stocking products, and maintaining displays. You will build strong relationships with store staff and complete documentation for each visit.

Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage schedules independently while traveling between sites.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising or field service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
