Job summary

The Hillman Group is hiring for a field role that travels to multiple store locations within your territory to execute planograms and maintain displays. You will stock, order, and organize products to optimize inventory and perform fixture assembly and display resets.

You should be comfortable working independently, with strong communication and customer relationship skills, and the ability to read planograms. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience is preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
